This website is owned and operated by All My Flix LLC. By visiting our website and accessing the information, resources, services, products, and tools we provide, you understand and agree to accept and adhere to the following terms and conditions as stated in this policy (hereafter referred to as 'User Agreement'), along with the terms and conditions as stated in our Privacy Policy (please refer to the Privacy Policy section below for more information).

  4. Do not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover/derive the source code of BBC Adventures.
  5. Do not use automated programs, tools, or processes to access BBC Adventures or to extract, scrape, collect, harvest, or gather Content or information.
  6. Do not use BBC Adventures in a way that could adversely affect our systems or security or interfere with other Users' use of BBC Adventures.

Intellectual Property

  1. Do not reproduce, print, distribute, download, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, store, or transmit any Content except as permitted under the Terms of Service.
  2. Do not use BBC Adventures's name, logo, or any related/similar names, logos, product/service names, designs, or slogans without our prior written agreement.

Although we do not accept third-party content submissions or posts, all content undergoes a thorough review process to ensure compliance with our standards before being made publicly available on our site.

Complaints Policy

This document sets out our complaints policy. If you are a User of BBC Adventures, this Complaints Policy forms part of your agreement with us.

Interpretation

In this Complaints Policy, defined terms have the same meanings as in the Terms of Use for all Users. Additionally, "business days" refers to any day that is not a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday in the USA.

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint about BBC Adventures (including any complaint about Content appearing on BBC Adventures or the conduct of a User), please email your complaint to support@bbcadventures.com Include your name, address, contact details, a description of your complaint, and, if applicable, the URL for the Content in question.

Handling Complaints of Illegal or Non-Consensual Content

Upon receiving a complaint about illegal or non-consensual Content:

  1. We will take appropriate steps to investigate your complaint promptly.
  2. If we need further information or documents from you, we will contact you.
  3. We will investigate your complaint in good faith within seven (7) business days.
  4. If we determine that the Content is unlawful or non-consensual, we will remove it immediately and notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message.
  5. If we determine that the Content is not unlawful or non-consensual, we will notify you of our decision by email or other electronic message.
  6. Any dispute regarding our determination that Content is non-consensual will be submitted to a neutral arbitration association at our expense.

Handling Complaints Related to Copyright Infringement

Complaints related to copyright infringement must be submitted in accordance with our DMCA Policy. We will respond to such complaints as set out in that policy.

Handling Other Complaints

For other complaints (including those related to breaches of our Acceptable Use Policy):

  1. We will investigate your complaint within an appropriate timescale based on the nature of the complaint.
  2. If we need further information or documents from you, we will contact you.
  3. We will take appropriate actions to address the issue raised by your complaint. If the Content breaches our Acceptable Use Policy, we will act quickly to remove it.

If you are a User of BBC Adventures, you warrant that you will not make any complaint under this Complaints Policy that is wholly unjustified, abusive, or made in bad faith. If we determine that you have breached this warranty, we may suspend or terminate your User account.

Content Removal and Appeals

If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email support@bbcadventures.com with supporting documentation. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party.

Data Privacy

Your privacy is very important to us, which is why we've created a separate Privacy Policy to explain in detail how we collect, manage, process, secure, and store your private information. Safety

Never provide personal information directly to someone like banking or credit card info, social security number or home/work address you don't know or have not met. We provide a secure form on the site for media purchases and subscribing to creator channels.

BBC Adventures will never contact you requesting password. Never share this with anyone you do not know or trust.

Limitation of Warranties

We strive to exercise reasonable care and expertise in providing BBC Adventures to you. However, there are specific areas where our liability is limited:

  1. Following User Advice: You are not required to follow any suggestions, comments, reviews, or instructions from other users. If you choose to do so, it is entirely at your own risk.
  2. System Compatibility: We do not guarantee that BBC Adventures will be compatible with all devices and operating systems. You are responsible for configuring your technology to access BBC Adventures and should employ your own virus protection software.
  3. Internet and Connection Issues: We are not responsible for the availability of the internet or any errors in your connections, devices, or software related to your use of BBC Adventures.
  4. Security Assurance: While we endeavor to ensure BBC Adventures is secure and free from bugs and viruses, we can only guarantee that our content is safe to consume directly from our site.
Limitation of Liability

In conjunction with the Limitation of Warranties as explained above, you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. Governing Law

This service is controlled by All My Flix LLC from our offices located in the state of New Mexico, US. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of New Mexico, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of New Mexico, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.

Furthermore, any action to enforce this User Agreement shall be brought in the federal or state courts located in New Mexico, US. You hereby agree to personal jurisdiction by such courts, and waive any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts.

Guarantee

UNLESS OTHERWISE EXPRESSED, All My Flix LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
